The Work Placement & Migration Specialist is responsible for strategically managing the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre (GSC) locations, ensuring alignment with service delivery models, operational efficiency, and compliance with established principles and standards

What you'll do

• Responsible for strategically managing the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre (GSC) locations
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and report compliance with work placement standards and decisions
• Lead the migration of work based on the service catalogue, maintaining consistency, recording exceptions, and reducing fragmentation
• Make informed decisions on work placement within the GSC, balancing strategic priorities, capabilities, and compliance requirements
• Work Scope demarcation and assessement of right placement of tasks
