What you'll do
- Lead design and integration of engine systems including cooling, air intake, exhaust, fuel, mounting, and structural assemblies
- Serve as technical interface for OEM customers, translating application requirements into optimized solutions
- Manage multiple development programs, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation
- Oversee validation, reliability, and performance testing activities
- Drive value engineering, cost reduction, localization, and supplier development initiatives
