- Understand, monitor, and record store footfall and customer walk-ins and develop plans to address them targeting customer delight
- Respond to any questions, needs, and desires of guests, and follow up to ensure their requests have been met with satisfaction
- Organize and manage the Guest Relations department and staff; efficiently delegate responsibilities
