Respond to client technical and functional queries during the sales cycle, escalating to the product/engineering team where needed. Run requirement workshops and stakeholder interviews; document current-state processes and target-state outcomes. business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, agent/use-case definitions and acceptance criteria.
What you'll do
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, tailoring demo flows and datasets to the prospect's industry and pain points
- Contribute to proposals, RFP/tender responses and solution write-ups — scope, approach, assumptions, deliverables and timelines
- Support grant and funding submissions (e.g. EDG) were relevant, including framing of business outcomes and deliverables
