About the role

As part of this transformation, we are making investments in our digital platforms, technology transformations and an AI-enabled solutions for our commercial organization. The Product Engineer will play a critical role in driving digital transformation to accelerate application delivery, enhance platform sustainability, and innovate technical architectures.

What you'll do

• Partner with commercial sales teams across markets to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for digital solutions
• Lead the delivery of Salesforce and CRM enhancements and other sales-facing digital tools, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and rollout
• Act as the primary functional liaison between sales stakeholders and the digital delivery team, ensuring solutions are built to spec and on schedule
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven capabilities that improve sales productivity and customer experience
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management for new digital tools
