About the role
Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting functions and closing books of accounts. 6-8 years of people management experience leading accounting or finance teams. Experience working with international stakeholders across US, UK, APAC or other global markets. Solid understanding of IFRS. Expertise in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements with variance analysis for multiple clients.
What you'll do
- Lead a high-performing accounting team in a client-facing role
- Manage a portfolio of 5+ client accounts across international markets
- Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance support
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger and Bookkeeping
- Drive month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
