About the role

A successful Sr. Manager/AVP - Taxation should have: A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or taxation, such as CA or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to the financial services and brokerage industries. Proficiency in tax software and financial tools commonly used in the industry.

• Oversee and manage all direct and indirect tax compliance for the organization
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and adherence to statutory requirements in the financial services industry
• Provide tax advisory services to support strategic business decisions in the brokerage sector
• Handle tax audits and liaise with tax authorities to resolve queries efficiently
• Develop and implement tax-saving strategies in alignment with organizational goals
