About the role
Significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Supplier Development, Manufacturing Quality, or related functions within industrial, automotive, engineering, capital goods, off-highway, or heavy manufacturing environments. Proven experience leading teams and managing supplier performance across a complex Automotive OEM manufacturing ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Lead Transformation across Supplier Quality/Sourcing & drive Supplier Excellence
- Lead supplier quality management across multiple manufacturing locations and business units
- Drive supplier involvement during new product development, including supplier on-boarding, APQP, PPAP, process validation, and production readiness activities
- Partner with Sourcing and Engineering Teams on Supplier Selection, Localisation, Cost Optimisation, and Strategic Sourcing Projects
- Establish and monitor supplier quality KPIs, Driving Improvements in Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness, and Operational Performance
