What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing strategy and execution across multiple plants / locations
- Drive capacity utilization, productivity, cost optimization, and operational scalability
- Build standardized systems, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks across sites
- Own enterprise KPIs: OEE, yield, throughput, cost per unit, quality, and safety and Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead greenfield / brownfield expansions, commissioning, and production ramp-up
