About the role

A successful Manufacturing Head should have: Strong educational background in engineering or a related field Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations, preferably in the wires & cables industry Expertise in production planning, process optimization, and resource management Solid understanding of quality control and safety standards

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wire manufacturing facility to ensure smooth functioning
• Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives and deadlines
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and safety measures
• Manage and allocate resources, including workforce, materials, and machinery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations
