About the role
A successful candidate will hold an Engineering degree with 15+ years of experience leading Supply Chain functions within industrial equipment, process industries, semiconductors, specialty gases, oil & gas, or heavy engineering .
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy covering global sourcing, procurement, vendor development, inventory, and logistics
- Drive strategic sourcing of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and engineered components across global markets
- Build and strengthen supplier partnerships, subcontractor networks, and alternate sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery
- Partner with engineering, design, production, and quality teams to support new product development and BOM-driven sourcing
- Optimize inventory, working capital, lead times, and COGS through strategic planning and supplier management
