What you'll do
- Lead strategic sourcing across mechanical, electrical, electronics, and raw material categories
- Drive cost optimisation through negotiations, value engineering, and localisation strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, including development, performance tracking, and capability building
- Ensure supply continuity and proactively manage procurement risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, engineering, and finance
