Senior Manager - Export/Import Operations

About the role

Obtain necessary licenses for Bill of Entry filing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Utilize company software systems for tracking shipments, updating records, and generating reports as needed. A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field In-depth knowledge of import regulations and compliance requirements

What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end export and import operations
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of import/export documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards
• Facilitate customs clearance procedures, including the submission of required documentation and liaison with customs officials
• Collaborate with CFS personnel to coordinate the movement and storage of containers, ensuring efficient handling of shipments
• Communicate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to coordinate shipment schedules, documentation requirements, and resolve any issues that may arise
