About the role
The ideal candidate should currently be working with a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm , and should have meaningful project experience in sectors such as: Manufacturing They should ideally be engineers by education and should have 1-2 years of pre-MBA shop floor / plant / manufacturing operations experience before moving into consulting.
What you'll do
- Leading operational diagnostics across manufacturing plants, supply chains, procurement functions and commercial operations
- Supporting transformation programs in sectors such as manufacturing, industrials, EMS, auto, batteries, engineering products and advanced manufacturing
- Designing and executing value creation roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, timelines and measurable business impact
- Working closely with investment teams to identify operational upside during diligence and post-investment planning
- Building governance mechanisms, dashboards and review cadences to track transformation delivery
