- Execute Business Development plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales & Growth Head and Institutional Partners for the assigned region
- Ensure strict adherence to Sales & Operational processes and Compliance standards
- Take ownership of Region/State Business, achieving revenue and non-revenue targets
- Innovate marketing strategies to enhance sales and reduce costs effectively
- Manage and supervise Regional Sales & Growth Head, ensuring alignment with sales goals
