What you'll do
- Support the execution of the CRM strategy, coordinating and executing activity utilizing the full mix of communication channels on offer
- Present data clearly to managers across the business, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through data
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Director and team
- Define, support and coordinate the retention strategy in junction with the Directors
- Work closely with the Director on developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our Top clients
