About the role
Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bidding / Tendering Executive to support and manage end-to-end tendering activities. The role is critical to ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive bid submissions across multiple government and PSU platforms.
What you'll do
- Tender & Bid Management
- Review and analyse tender documents to understand technical, commercial, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect inputs related to scope, methodology, timelines, and pricing
- Bid Strategy & Evaluation
- Support Go / No-Go decision-making in collaboration with Sales leadership
