About the role
This highly visible role is critical to supporting the company's continued rapid growth and will focus primarily on the administration and analysis of our Global Sales Incentive Plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Please note this role will require weekend availability during quarter-end close and annual plan implementation periods.
What you'll do
- Act as an organizational subject matter expert for commissions processing, the Xactly product suite
- Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements
- Responsible for designing, configuring and managing Xactly platform
- Writing rules, analyzing results, troubleshooting, and improving processes as needed
- Create plans and assist in test case creation & testing
