What you'll do
- Support the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, terminations, and regular benefits updates
- Process and validate benefits-related transactions accurately and within service level timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, payroll, HR operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits processing
- Maintain and update employee benefits records, systems, and documentation
- Support benefits reconciliation activities and ensure data accuracy between Workday, benefits portal and vendor files
