About the role
The HR Operations Assistant Vice President (AVP) leads the delivery of HR Operations services within a Global HR Central Services model, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compliant service delivery across the employee lifecycle. The role acts as an escalation point for complex cases, while driving process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Ensure alignment of lifecycle processes with regulatory and business requirements
- Partner with Payroll and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate downstream processing
- Lead end-to-end severance and involuntary termination operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution
- Act as the initial escalation point for complex severance cases, including redundancy and mutual separations
