Post Onboarding - Admin Support Analyst

About the role

This individual will be responsible for supporting the Client Support Team by effectively managing various adhoc / non-revenue generating tasks. This will include stakeholder management, and a drive to improve the service provided to the customer and the business.

What you'll do

• In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks across the Client Support Team which include
• Mandate queries and amendments
• General bank account queries, including payments, interest confirmation etc
• Statement queries and requests
• Static data updates, including account office code change
