What you'll do
- Liaise with clients, external lawyers and other transaction parties on transactions within the designated product coverage
- Be proactive in the provision of legal consultancy services and guidance to business units on material legal developments with regards to a broad range of products
- Support Head of Legal, India by engaging in global, regional and/or country initiatives, supervise and manage legal affairs in India
