About the role
The Legal department in Europe, Middle East and Africa (together, “ EMEA ”) provides legal services to and manages the legal risk for MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities (EMEA) and the MUSHD international business (collectively the “ Firm ”). Members of Legal are dual-hatted across MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities.
What you'll do
- Under this arrangement, the employee will act and make decisions on behalf of both the bank and the securities business
- Technology platform implementation, management and adoption
- Responsible for the administration of the legal technology stack (Leah AI, various apps built on Power Platform (Legal Matter Management, Policy Approvals
- Manage user provisioning, group policies, roles and permissioning line with security and governance standards
- Support troubleshooting and co-ordinate with relevant Technology teams and outside vendors to ensure that service support is delivered effectively and in a timely manner
