What you'll do
- Manage learning and development (L & D) processes (i.e. on-line registration, course feedback, analytics reporting)
- Contribute to various L & D projects and initiatives
- Work with business stakeholders to design, build and launch high quality online learning
- Support the design, development, delivery and measurement of L & D solutions
- Participate or lead learning project teams to build collaborative partnerships among human resources (HR), LOB and subject matter expert (SME) stakeholders
