The Senior Analyst will support FTC hiring and vendor operations by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, tracking hiring progress, engaging with vendor partners, and overseeing invoice validation and processing. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational discipline, and the ability to drive activities to closure while maintaining accurate reporting and governance.
What you'll do
- § Coordinate end-to-end FTC (Fixed Term Contract) hiring activities across multiple business units and vendor partners
- § Track screening progress, collect feedback from panel members, and communicate outcomes to vendor partners in a timely manner
- § Drive proactive follow-ups with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and vendor partners to ensure timely hiring decisions
- § Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring trackers, ensuring stakeholders have real-time visibility into hiring status
- § Conduct regular hiring status meetings and provide progress updates to business units and management
