Responsible for achieving Sales Targets of the cluster and mapped branches. Formulate strategy for developing all business segments and diligent deployment of targets across segments. Responsibility of top line & bottom line of the cluster.
What you'll do
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets of the cluster and mapped branches
- Drive Relationship Management and will take care of activities like Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market, Market & industry analysis
- Drive initiatives and campaign launched by Zonal/ HO
- Assist in creation & refining of processes followed and support systems
- Ensure right- selling by all team members through regular training
