About the role
To lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of special projects within the refinery, ensuring cost-effective, safe, and optimized solutions. The role involves cross-functional coordination with Operations, Process, ADP, EPS, Engineering, Procurement, and Execution teams to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
What you'll do
- Evaluate special project concepts and conduct cost-benefit analysis
- Develop feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering plans
- Optimize designs for safety, cost, and resource utilization
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project execution
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
