About the role
The Senior Manager, AR Billing and Collections will be based in Hyderabad, India . In this position, you will report to the MEIAT Controller . The Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable Billing and Collections is responsible for overseeing project accounting activities for U.S. and international operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, project financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with corporate accounting policies.
What you'll do
- Project Accounting, Collections Management, Cash flow forecast and performance metrics
- Lead project accounting activities for U.S. and international projects, including invoicing, project reconciliations, revenue validation, and customer billing support
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure project financial performance, contract compliance, and accurate revenue recognition
- Consolidate and analyze global accounts receivable forecasts across multiple international subsidiaries
- Prepare and monitor global cash flow forecasts, partnering with Operations and Sales to ensure forecast accuracy and achievement of financial commitments
