About the role
The Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Finance – FP&A will be based in Hyderabad, India . In this position, you will report to the Director, Cost Accounting. We are seeking an experienced finance professional to partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive high-quality forecasting, improve pipeline visibility, and provide commercial financial insights.
What you'll do
- Review and assess the quality and health of the sales pipeline and order backlog
- Challenge sales forecasts and assumptions using financial and operational analysis
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project teams to develop accurate order intake and order booking forecasts
- Identify potential commercial and execution risks that may impact revenue, margins, cash flow, and profitability
- Quantify business risks and opportunities, translating them into financial implications for management
