What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end T&E operations, including expense validation, payment processing, issue resolution, and employee/vendor reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with T&E policies, SOPs, approval requirements, and financial controls
- Review the appropriate accounting treatment and coding of T&E transactions, including GL accounts, cost centres, departments, and projects
- Perform/review subledger-to-GL/Trial Balance reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities
- Investigate accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
