About the role
The Supply Chain Manager – After Market will be responsible for managing the end-to-end After Market supply chain process, including demand coordination, inventory planning, allocation, fulfillment, logistics follow-up, warranty support, and service-parts availability. This role will ensure that After Market and Warranty requirements are planned, executed, tracked, and escalated with clear ownership and measurable performance.
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end After Market supply chain flow from demand intake through allocation, fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation
- Ensure After Market and Warranty orders are monitored proactively and delivered in line with agreed service expectations
- Maintain visibility of open demand, blocked orders, aging lines, inventory availability, supplier constraints, and logistics risks
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve execution issues across planning, warehouse operations, logistics, sourcing, and service teams
- Escalate blockers early with clear facts, business impact, options, and recommended actions
