- Process Development & Optimization
- Define, implement, validate, and document blade manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain process flow layouts ensuring optimized resource utilization and implementation of pull-system principles
- Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for cycle time (CT) improvement and waste reduction
