About the role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Process Engineering supports the process engineering team in developing, documenting and improving the blade manufacturing processes on the shop floor. The GET learns design, tooling and process validation activities under the guidance of senior process engineers and works in AutoCAD, CATIA and Microsoft Office tools.
What you'll do
- Support the process team in daily shopfloor process monitoring and ensure that the defined process is followed
- Assist in preparing and updating WI, SOP and other process documents according to the change management
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for jigs, fixtures, templates and tools under guidance
- Work closely with the tooling team to design & detail new tools, jigs & fixtures and support their validation and handover to Production, Maintenance, Quality and Safety
- Provide the required inspection templates for parts / moulds
