About the role
The Senior Engineer – Blade Production will support day-to-day production activities, learn manufacturing processes, assist in process improvements, and contribute to productivity, quality, and safety initiatives. The role aims to build technical capability and prepare the individual for future production engineering roles within the organization.
What you'll do
- Support daily production activities on the shop floor
- Understand the complete manufacturing workflow, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions
- Monitor production parameters, machine performance, and process compliance
- Assist in manpower allocation, shift planning, and WIP monitoring
- Ensure timely escalation of production issues
