About the role
Provide advanced remote support during commissioning, upgrades, and troubleshooting of wind farm control systems. Diagnose and resolve complex control, communication, and integration issues across global wind farm sites. Reproduce field issues in the lab to support efficient root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
What you'll do
- Provide advanced remote support during commissioning, upgrades, and troubleshooting of wind farm control systems
- Support site and commissioning teams by guiding them through technical challenges
- Monitor fleet-wide performance and contribute to continuous operational improvements
- Deliver 3rd_level expert support and coordinate escalations with development team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions and improve product reliability
