About the role
The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for defining and governing the overall ServiceNow architecture, roadmap, and platform standards. The role ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, ITIL best practices, and business objectives. The architect works closely with stakeholders, developers, administrators, and application managers to deliver integrated solutions across ServiceNow modules.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, and governance
- Lead solution design for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM/SAM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules
- Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, SSO, OAuth, and SCIM
- Drive CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping strategy and data governance
- Ensure platform security, performance, scalability, and availability
