About the role
The Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect designs and leads the implementation of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant outcomes. The role provides architectural direction for solution design, custom development and integration (e.g., SPFx, Microsoft Graph, Azure services), and supports the global M365 team by translating business requirements into implementable solution designs and user stories.
What you'll do
- Lead the architectural design for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Define solution patterns, non-functional requirements, and implementation guardrails (security, performance, resiliency, maintainability)
- Assess and prioritize business requirements and transform them into epics/user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain internal solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
- Leverage Azure services for integrations and automation (e.g., Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID/Azure AD)
