About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architech to join a long-term client engagement within the banking and insurance sector. The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, upgrade, and support secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions in line with business and technical requirements
• Deliver enhancements and integrations across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM, and Vulnerability Response capabilities
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow components, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer flows, notifications
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, web services, and other approved integration methods
• Configure and maintain ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB-related capabilities
