About the role
Senior leadership Client & Operations Leadership The Senior Manager leads fund administration and accounting operations across a portfolio of private equity funds and investment structures. The role is responsible for service delivery, technical accounting oversight, client relationship management, operational risk management, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- A. Fund administration oversight
- Oversee end-to-end fund administration for multiple private equity funds, feeder funds, parallel funds, co-investment vehicles, SPVs, and master-feeder structures
- Provide oversight of fund accounting, NAV reviews, financial reporting, and investor servicing
- Review complex accounting matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, recapitalizations, and other significant fund transactions
- Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for realized and unrealized gains/losses, valuation adjustments, and fund-level expenses
