What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable, modular, and optimized Test Automation Architectures tailored for embedded systems in industrial cooling and power distribution domains
- Define automation standards, patterns, reusable test components, and framework guidelines
- Lead end‑to‑end design of automated test suites
- Define and monitor quality KPIs including: Defect detection efficiency, Automation execution coverage, Protocol timing/throughput metrics
- Lead by example in complex test strategy decisions and in developing technically challenging automation workflows
