About the role
As a Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates pursuing roles in India — building pipelines, sparking conversations, and qualifying talent before passing it to the recruiting team. Based in Pune on a 6-month contract, you’ll partner closely with our TAs to keep hiring moving fast, especially during high-volume hiring drives where interview coordination becomes just as critical as the outreach itself.
What you'll do
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outbound tactics — identifying both active and passive talent that matches the profile…
- Conduct initial phone and video screens to assess candidate interest, communication quality, compensation expectations
- Maintain a healthy, organized pipeline on Ashby, keeping candidate records, outreach status
- Coordinate interview scheduling during hiring drives — managing candidate and interviewer calendars, sending confirmations, and ensuring a smooth
- Collaborate daily with the Recruiter, sharing pipeline updates, flagging blockers, and aligning on sourcing priorities as requisition needs shift
