The Senior Manager, HR Technology owns the strategy, roadmap, administration, and continuous improvement of OpenGov’s HR technology stack, ensuring the systems and integrations that manage employee data across the employee lifecycle are reliable, compliant, scalable, and aligned to the needs of a global workforce.
