About the role
In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers improve database availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will translate customer business priorities into actionable technical plans, coordinate Oracle teams, and oversee service commitments.
What you'll do
- Customer relationship management: Build trusted relationships with database administrators, architects, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders
- Understand their business objectives, technical environments, and operational priorities
- Service delivery and governance: Coordinate contracted service deliverables, track commitments and applicable service levels
- Incident and escalation management: Lead customer communication during critical incidents, coordinate support and engineering teams, track resolution activities
- Proactive database health management: Coordinate health checks, performance reviews, capacity assessments
