About the role
The Lead Analyst (IC2) – Portuguese Language supports Oracle Finance's global invoice-delivery and Accounts Receivable operations, with particular emphasis on Portuguese-language activities and Brazil web-portal invoicing . The role is responsible for invoice delivery, Brazil web-portal uploads, reconciliation, and operational issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Invoice Delivery & Operations
- Support post-invoice delivery through applicable channels, including email, paper, e-invoicing, and customer web portals
- Perform Brazil web-portal invoice uploads and associated operational activities
- Monitor invoice-delivery status and investigate delivery fallouts
- Support accurate and timely customer invoice delivery
