As a part of the retail team will manage strategy, sales and operational efficiency and NPS for all the company owned collection centres assigned to you. What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, Handle Cash, POS systems and maintain financial transactions accurately along with maintaining the petty cash
- Solve the queries of staff and keep them motivated to achieve the sales and target
- Maintain NPS of all the store emedics
- Maintain records of overtime and weekly roster
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
