About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive HR Intern to support various human resources activities. The intern will assist with HR documentation, employee engagement, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and supporting the team in routine HR operations.
What you'll do
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and databases
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
- Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
