About the role
We are looking for a Training Executive + Team Leader who can manage a team of recruiters and drive the complete Recruitment → Onboarding → Training journey, while also creating engaging AI-enabled and digital training content.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for facilitating the Onboarding to Training journey
- Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment, onboarding, and training teams
- Deliver classroom, virtual, onboarding, and process training programs
- Develop training modules, presentations, assessments, and learning content
- Leverage AI tools to create engaging and scalable training content and modules
