About the role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Learning & Development professional to build capability within the Human Resources function. The role will drive learning strategies that enhance HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, leadership capability, employee experience, HR analytics, and AI-led HR transformation.
What you'll do
- Design and execute the HR Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- Build competency frameworks for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations teams
- Develop structured onboarding and capability-building programs for HR professionals across levels
- Create learning journeys for HR leadership, succession planning, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Drive capability development in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, and employee experience
