The GSOC Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring the effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents across all company facilities and assets.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate GSOC operators to ensure 24/7 monitoring and coverage of company facilities, networks, and personnel
- Serve as the primary escalation point for incidents and coordinate responses with internal security teams and external law enforcement or emergency services when needed
- Conduct performance reviews, schedule management, and training for GSOC staff
- Ensure GSOC systems and technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, SOC platforms) are operational and up to date
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, staff training, and technology enhancements
