About the role
The role will support the design, planning, and execution of employee engagement, rewards & recognition, employer branding, and internal communication initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with the HR team and key business stakeholders to create meaningful employee experiences, strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee connect, and build a compelling employer brand across internal and external platforms.
What you'll do
- Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
- Plan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar in alignment with the organization’s culture, people priorities, and business agenda
- Conceptualize and coordinate monthly employee engagement and celebration initiatives, including Victory Vibes, employee recognition moments, festival celebrations
- Drive innovative and inclusive engagement initiatives across employees, teams, functions, and locations
- Support the design and execution of employee experience initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, recognition, and organizational pride
